The first telephone contact with a candidate is key to success, so we always entrust this task to our internal researchers who are highly trained. This contrasts with the industry standard of outsourcing this contact to an external service provider. Our way builds trust and creates personal connection.
We are strictly committed to following clearly defined criteria for protecting privacy when processing personal data. We maintain absolute discretion towards clients and candidates every step of the way – even after we’ve finished working on a project together.
We produce a regular status report to keep our clients up to date with our search activities and the key figures, including the number of candidates approached, the response to adverts, the number of interviews conducted over the phone and in person, and the reasons for rejection.

That’s why we sponsor the FIT FOR WORK project organised by the KIDS TO LIFE Anton Schrobenhauser Foundation in Unterhaching near Munich. Disadvantaged children are given the practical support they need to gain their secondary school qualifications and enter the world of work.
